The process of IPS election for the year 2012 has started. You must have received communications from Election Commission headed by Dr Jitendra Nanawala. You will be in receipt of postal ballots very soon. Kindly exercise your vote in a correct way to avoid its cancellation. The spot voting will be on 20th of January 2012. IPS Social Security Scheme:
The Social Security Scheme was formally launched on August 7th, 2010. All life members are requested to go through the Rules & Regulations of the scheme available at IPS Website and become a member of the scheme.
Proposals for Amendments in Bye Laws of Society:
Kindly send me resolution which you feel fit for discussion in GBM or proposal for amendments in Bye- Laws of Constitution of our Society. It must reach to me by 20th of November, 2011 through email or Indian post for notification and discussion in EC and GB meetings.
Invitation for hosting ANCIPS-2013, ANCIPS-2014 and Mid-Term CME-2012:
The Local/State branch & any individual or group of Life Fellows of the Society who are desirous of hosting the next IPS Annual Conferences in year 2013 and 2014 or Mid-Term CME in year 2012 are requested to send their invitation through Local/ State/ Zonal Branch with name of the Organizing Secretary and the briefing of facilities available at the venue, to reach Gen. Secretary, IPS not later than November 20th, 2011 for consideration of EC. The decision will be taken finally in AGBM.
